In spite of the changing social environment and the disadvantageous economic preconditions the NSZL CLIS's work in 1991 was characterized by continuity, by retaining the types of tasks that had been characteristic for the previous years; it was at the most preferences that have changed. A task not included in the workplan was the successful organization of the NIT'91 (New Information Technology) conference in December. The report summarizes the tasks fulfilled in the field of coordination, grants, organization, development, methodology, research, collection development, information and by the library science library.
